- When do you deliver?
- We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at about 2-5 in the afternoon.
- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver to the Provo MTC, the UPS store, the post office, and addresses within our driving range (see driving map). We also mail packages anywhere in the United States
- Is there a limit to how many care packages I can order?
- You can order as many or as few care packages as you want, we are always happy to deliver.
- Can I send care packages anonymously?
- All you have to do is ask, and we will be happy to send a care package anonymously.
- Can I send a message card with my care package?
- All you have to do is ask, and we will be happy to send a message card along with your care package.
- What if you are unable to deliver my care package?
- If we are unable to deliver your care package because of a problem on our end, we will notify you and send it with the next load of deliveries.
- What if nobody is home to pick up the care package?
- If nobody is home to pick up your care package, we will call the phone number you provide and ask whether or not to leave it on the doorstep. we will never leave a care package without permission from the recipient, and we assume no responsibility for a stolen care package if we are told to leave it! If you don't want us to leave it, we will send it with the next load of deliveries. If nobody answers the phone when we call, we will call back at the end of the delivery run. If there is still nobody answering, we will send it with the next load of deliveries.
- Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order as long as we recieve notification of the cancellation before we start our delivery run.
- What ingredients do you use?
- Every care package has the complete nutritional information as a popup on the care packages page (click on the little magnifying glass by the care package you want).
